These Terms and Conditions and the use of this website are governed by English Law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court. This does not affect your non excludable statutory rights. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.

This 72 hour service allows you to order as many products as you require for one simple price.
This is our default service that applies to all UK Mainland orders. All orders placed before 12:00 noon are dispatched from our Clinic the same day via Royal Mail or via the Home Delivery Network, subject to stock availability and security checks. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the order.
Certain UK addresses are subject to different rates and timescales, see our UK Exceptions below.
For a faster service your can upgrade to UK Standard Plus (48 hour) or UK Premium Delivery Service (next working day).

This 48 hour signed for service allows you to order as many products as you require for one simple price.
Upgrade from our UK Standard Delivery service to get your order faster. All orders placed before 12:00 noon are dispatched from our warehouse the same day via the Home Delivery Network, subject to stock availability and security checks.
A signature is required for this service. Someone must be at your delivery address to sign for your parcel between 8am and 7pm, so please send it somewhere it can be reliably signed for, such as your place of work, or a neighbours’ residence. This Next Working Day service allows you to order as many products as you require for one simple price.

Someone must be at your delivery address to sign for your parcel between 8am and 7pm, so please send it somewhere it can be reliably signed for, such as your place of work, a neighbors. Our Premium Delivery Option guarantees next working day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 noon Mon-Fri. On Fridays 'Next Day' means Monday.

BFPO : £3.50 Delivery: 72 Hours to BFPO Hub
This 72 hour service is via The Royal Mail
Deliveries can be sent to the British Forces via the distribution hub in London. Once the package is signed for by the BFPO it is their responsibility to deliver to the specified address.
Free Standard Delivery Over £30
All UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands and Scilly Isles orders over £30, qualify for Free Standard Delivery. Simply add products to your basket to the value of £30 or over and the cost of UK Standard Delivery (UK Mainland) or Standard Delivery (Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands and Scilly Isles) will be deducted when you check out. Please note that service level upgrades will be charged at the full rate.

UK Exceptions
Some areas of the U.K. are subject to higher prices and longer delivery times because of their (relatively) remote locations. The Premium Service is not next working day but may be faster than the standard service.

Delivery Terms & Conditions
Delivery Times
Shipping times are quoted on the basis that the product is in stock.
Orders are processed between Monday and Friday 09:00 - 12.00 GMT, excluding Bank and Public Holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 GMT, Orders placed during a weekend or Bank Holiday after 12:00 GMT will be processed on the next working day.
Currency
All prices on our site are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling (£).
Inventory
Very occasionally certain items will go temporarily out of stock or may be discontinued at short notice by our suppliers. We will notify you via email if this is the case and will offer you the opportunity to keep your items on back order, arrange alternative products or offer a full refund. In the event that we cannot send all your items in one shipment we will part ship your order so that you receive the majority of your selected items as quickly as possible. The remainder of your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of the good from our suppliers.
Busy Periods
During busier times (for example Valentine's Day, Father's Day, and especially at Christmas) there may be a slight delay (no more than 24 hours) in processing your order. Therefore, some orders can take up to 5 days to arrive during these periods.
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail, Interlink Express or Home Delivery Network and our standard delivery times quoted. We cannot be held responsible for items delayed in the postal system, or any industrial action taken by our nominated couriers as this beyond our control.
Lost In Transit
We must allow up to 14 days before a parcel is deemed lost in transit. Most UK orders are tracked so we can locate your parcel and give you a more accurate arrival time, simply call our customer service team on 01482 654863.
Proof Of Delivery
UK Standard Plus Delivery (UK Mainland), UK Premium Delivery (UK Mainland), Premium Delivery (UK Exceptions) will require a signature to release the parcel. Someone must be at your nominated delivery address to sign for your parcel between 8am and 7pm, so please provide a Delivery Address where the parcel can be reliably signed for, such as your place of work or a neighbours’ residence.
UK Destination Definitions
UK destinations do include: BFPO, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands and Scilly Islands but these areas are subject to different rates and timescale's compared to those deemed UK Mainland. UK Mainland is defined as areas not included in our UK Exceptions.
Deliveries to for UK Exceptions (Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands and Scilly Isles) can take up to 10 days. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the order.
Pre-Orders
Orders that contain pre-order products (i.e. not currently in stock) will be shipped as soon as all products are in stock.
Billing Information
To help us process your order we require that your complete your full billing address details during the registration/checkout process matching the exact address and postcode details held by your bank. If these details are not correct we will put the order on hold until our verification is completed. (this applies even if the transaction is completed and an order number is sent out to you).
Change of Delivery Address
We will ship to another specified Delivery Address only when we have confirmed that the card holders billing address details are correct and verified. If you wish to change your delivery address after an order has been placed this may incur an additional cost.
Order Confirmation E-mails
When your order is received, we'll send you an e-mail confirming your order.
What if my order has not arrived?
If you have received confirmation of shipping but your goods have not arrived, please ensure that you have allowed sufficient time according to the estimated delivery times shown for your area.
Please be advised that the delivery times shown for each area are based on an estimated date of delivery, on rare occasions delivery can take longer than specified*.
If after this time your goods have still not arrived, in the first instance please check with your local mail delivery office to see that they are not holding your parcel. If they confirm that they do not have your goods, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you after the period set below. Please note that these times have been set to us by our postal service and are based on the guidelines regarding the processing and delivery of parcels; we are unable to re-ship, cancel or refund your order until after these time constraints have passed.
For UK Deliveries: Please allow 14 working days to pass from date of dispatch.
Once the allocated period has passed our Customer Services team will be able to help you further.
*Holderness Laser Clinic Limited cannot be held accountable for any delays of parcels in transit, as this is beyond the control of the company.
On occasion parcels are returned to us after the customer has failed to pick them up from the depot, please read further details below.
Re-Shipping of Orders
If your parcel has not been delivered it may be sitting at your local depot. If you fail to retrieve the parcel and it is returned to us there will be one of three courses of action. In the first instance we will attempt to contact you, via the contact information provided to Holderness Laser Clinic Limited, when your order is returned for your choice of the following options:
- 1. We can issue a refund minus the initial postage costs.
- 2. We can re-dispatch the parcel to you, however please note this will incur a further fee of £3.50 to cover admin and postage costs.
- 3. If we do not receive a response after 7 days of attempting to contact you we will automatically process "Option 1".
*Please note even if your order qualified for free shipping you will be charged for the equivalent postage costs as return of the item voids the promotional postage offer. Should you have any queries as to this cost please refer to the ‘Delivery Prices’ section.
Prices
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and where appropriate include UK sales tax (VAT). We are unable to ship outside the UK and Ireland.
Returns
We trust that you will be satisfied with the products received from us. If you change your mind and wish to return your item(s) simply return the item(s) unopened to us within 14 days for a full refund (Excluding P&P). In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item please return the item within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Any returns should be wrapped securely, ideally in the original packaging and returned to:

Please include a note which details the reason for the return of the unit. Postage cannot be refunded if you have changed your mind about the purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Terms and Conditions £500 Prize Draw
ELIGIBILITY
This prize draw is open to UK & Ireland residents 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Treatment with Ellipse I2PL is only be available to persons over the age of 18 at time of entry. Employees of Holderness Laser Clinic Ltd or its affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible, nor are members of these employees' families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners).
TO ENTER
Entry into this prize draw may be made by visiting www.holdernesslaserclinic.co.uk and submitting your name and email address to register for a Holderness Laser Clinic newsletter. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Registration for a newsletter constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
USE OF DATA
Personal data which you provide when you enter this prize draw may be used for future Holderness Laser Clinic Ltd marketing activities.
SELECTION OF WINNERS
The winner is selected at random after the last newsletter of the month has been sent. The winner will be notified by email. The winner will be required to become involved in further publicity or advertising.
PRIZES
There will be one winner selected each month. The winner will receive £500 worth of treatment using Ellipse I2PL.
THE PRIZE IS AS STATED
The prize is transferable to a friend or relative who must abide by the same terms and conditions. No cash or other alternatives available.
WINNERS LIST
The winner consents to their name being made publicly available.
OTHER
In the unlikely event of a dispute, Holderness Laser Clinic Ltd decision shall be final. Holderness laser Clinic Ltd reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this prize draw at any time without notice.
