How do I place an order?
Simply navigate from the left hand menu bar on each page by Brand or Skin type and select the option you require. This will take you to a brand or skin type page for example priori or St.Tropez etc.
Where is my order?
Unless other wise requested we use standard or recorded Royal Mail for postage. This means that your products will be with you with in up to 5 days. If for any reason you products are delayed more than 7 days please contact us.

We hope that you are pleased with your purchase. If you need to return an item for exchange or any other reason, please read the instructions below.
- Email: Send an E-mail, with the Subject 'GS Return request - 000000 ' (Where 000000 is the order number shown on the front of the delivery note). Detail the items you wish to return.
- Telephone: Call us on 01482 654863, please make sure you have the delivery note with you when you call. You will be issued with an RMA number. Complete the form below, detailing what you are returning, ensure you write the RMA number into the form. Pack your parcel with care; if you fail to pack the parcel and your goods arrive damaged (as a result of the return trip) we may not be able to process your return. Send the parcel to us. We recommend you use a carrier that offers both traceability and insurance. You should obtain a receipt for the parcel when you send it. RMA No ------------- (Write in the number you have been given)
Please allow 7 days for your parcel to reach us; we will process it within a working day of it arriving. Please read our Cancellation Rights, Returns and Refunds policy prior to sending products back to us.
Is VAT included?
Yes, holdernesslaserclinic.co.uk always shows prices that include VAT when applicable. As goods are dispatched from our clinic in the United Kingdom, UK Vat rates always apply.
How can I make changes to an exsting order?
You can make changes to your order anytime before 11.45am on the next working day after you place your order. Simply call us on 01482 654863. Please check your order carefully before you click "Confirm Order" after that, we are not able to change or cancel your order.

What happens if the product is out of stock?
We endevour to ensure we carry enough stock to ensure we can fulfill all orders.In the unlikely event an item is out of stock, we'll contact you by phone or send you an e-mail to discuss how you wish us to proceed with your order.
Where can you deliver orders?
We can ship to the UK and British forces through BFPO. We do not deliver to a PO Box address.
