The intelligent formula allows you to develop a depth of tan that will look natural to you. St Tropez is a safe, non-toxic chemical reaction of key ingredients in the top layers of the skin that causes it to change colour. St Tropez products are renowned for the natural pampering results because the formulations have combined ingredients with soothing Aloe Vera that prevents drying of the skin often seen with other self tan products.

The secret to a perfect tan is preparation.

• Exfoliate your entire body the evening before, (for best results use St Tropez body polisher) paying particular attention to dry areas such as hands, elbows and feet.
• Waxing and shaving should be performed at least 24hrs prior to your appointment.
• Do not apply any type of perfume, deodorant, antiperspirant or aromatherapy oils on the day of treatment as this may affect the appearance of your finished tan.
• Wear dark loose fitting clothes after your spray tan with dark underwear. If you are able it would be best to avoid wearing a bra for your journey home.

The spray takes ten to fifteen minutes to cover. The solution will dry on your skin in a few minutes. So you will be able to slip into your clothing straight after your treatment.

Your tan will begin to develop immediately after your tan.
Do not shower or bathe for at least 4 hours after your tan.
Do not participate in any activity which may cause perspiration for at least 12 hours after your tan.
The guide colour may be left on overnight and washed off in the morning although care should be taken with light coloured bed linen as some of the guide colour may rub off. St Tropez tan is a naturally derived dye and will easily wash out of cotton but the guide colour may stain manmade fibres and wool.

Apply body moisturizer on a daily basis. St Tropez body lotion contains products which react with the melanin in your skin ensuring your tan lasts longer.
